About Franklin Park Project

Our projected time line for these to-be-built new homes is for construction start early spring 2023 and completion late 2023. Preliminary pricing mid to high $3 million.

Architectural plans and civil engineering are ongoing so there is still time to customize these homes.

As Builder/Developer we have been approached by local Custom Builders who would like to build their homes on these lots. If you are currently working with or have a builder you would like to build your new home, we are willing to talk about that option as well as selling the lots out right.
